Daniela Cerón (she/ella) is the Project Manager for the North Carolina Latinx Collaborative (NCLC). Her work focuses on power building among the Latinx community across the state of North Carolina. She facilitates the Collaborative’s participatory grant making process and fosters relationships with both funders and community partners. She previously worked as a Program Officer for Capacity Building Initiatives at Triangle Community Foundation where she managed several intermediary partnerships focused on providing capacity building and technical support to BIPOC led and serving organizations in Chatham, Durham, Orange, and Wake counties in North Carolina. Prior to her work in philanthropy, Daniela worked at several nonprofits focused on language justice, advocacy, and education. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications and Religious Studies from Elon University in Burlington, NC. In her free time Daniela enjoys practicing yoga, playing board games, and taking long walks with her dog Archie.
